Account Director Katie Hoffmeister remembers the concern: “It was daunting. At first, it felt like there was no way we could manage that kind of volume on our own.”

I don’t know how it could get easier,” said Account Director Michael Peters. Katie added, “The integration with AirBaton and Postsale has been a total game changer. Looking back at the Finish sweepstakes, Caleb sees it as a defining moment. “That would be a project that I just wouldn’t have done.
