Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts without a card and runs on Soar, our top plan, so every feature is on. When it ends, you pick the plan that fits how much you ship and add a card then.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial ends after 14 days, and you're never charged unless you choose a plan. To keep shipping, pick the plan that fits how much you ship and add a card. Everything you set up stays, including your orders, stores, carriers and templates. If your plan doesn't include a feature you tried, like custom automations or webhooks, it's switched off and kept, and it comes back if you move up.
What happens if I ship more than my plan includes?
There are no overage fees. Postsale prompts you to move up to the plan that fits.
Is postage included?
Postage is separate, at your discounted USPS rates or your own FedEx and UPS rates.
Does every plan include FedEx, UPS and USPS?
Yes. Every plan includes FedEx, UPS and USPS, Shipsurance, returns and branded templates.
Do I need my own USPS account?
No. Print discounted USPS labels right away with Postsale’s built-in USPS option, or connect your own USPS account. For FedEx and UPS, you connect your own accounts and use your negotiated rates.
I already have negotiated USPS pricing. Can I use it?
Yes. If you have a Negotiated Service Agreement (NSA) with USPS, write to support@postsale.com and we’ll turn on your NSA rates. Your negotiated pricing then applies when you create labels.
Can my team have their own logins?
Yes, from Grow up. Launch is just you. Grow is up to 5 people, Expand up to 10, Thrive up to 20 and Soar up to 50, you included. Invite people by email from Account > Users and choose what each person can do.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can choose a bigger or smaller plan at any time from your billing settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts.
Is there someone I can talk to?
Yes. Real people reply the same business day by email or phone, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central.
